Coaching for IT Leaders

Quick, fit for purpose independent IT Health Check, focussing on cost and efficiencies, security and contingency, resources and service delivery, IT strategy and your overall IT infrastructure and set-up.
IT Review
In-depth assessment and recommendations. The IT Review includes the IT Health Check as above, but is more suited to organisations that are keen to improve. As part of the review we would develop a clear IT strategy aligned to your corporate goals. Based on this we would provide recommendations as appropriate.

CIO as a Service for SMEs
We perform the CIO or IT Manager role at a fraction of the cost, sitting between in-house IT or the outsourcer and senior management. We take on responsibility for IT becoming fully accountable to senior management or the board if appropriate. Developing a clear IT strategy aligned to your corporate goals; driving IT through the business; assessing future IT requirements; managing contracts and/or staff where necessary; delivering best practice through shared experience, bench marking and keeping updated with new developments.
Assistant CIO as a Service for larger organisations
Working alongside existing CIO as an assistant, adviser or mentor. Usually this is on an “as and when” basis, though a more structured approach is available. (Can also be used to cover absences and holidays, as we know your set-up and infrastructure).
