“Traditional Short-list”

IT Flexi Team will produce a qualified short-list of relevant candidates through the use of our in-house recruitment database, online and trade publication advertising and other search and selection methods. You then select who you want to interview. Once the interview/s process has been completed, IT Flexi Team will see the process through to offer and candidate closure, taking references and other forms or checks as required by the Client.   

“3 and In”

‘3 and In’ (derived from the playground football game 3 goals and you’re the goalie!)  Through careful deliberation and assessment we short-list the best 3 candidates to meet your requirements.  You are given a full profile on each candidate, explaining why they were matched to your job and chosen for interview. Our process saves you time, freeing you to concentrate on other duties and only get involved in recruitment at the interview stage. (And you can leave it to us to weed out time wasters and creative CV writers!)
